Rangel: Texas a victim of school funding fatigue

More signs of school funding lawsuit fatigue in Austin. Although in recent years a good number of state legislators have complained school funding litigation has been dragging on since 1984, the latest manifestation of lawsuit fatigue came last Tuesday when the Texas Supreme Court heard oral arguments from both sides on the current case filed four years ago. Several justices, some attorneys representing various plaintiffs, as well as the office of Attorney General Ken Paxton, seemed to agree 31 years of on and off litigation is enough.
